Meet Amber Robinson

Amber Robinson is an Army 3-deployment combat veteran, nonprofit leader and local writer. She served ten years in the service as a journalist and public affairs professional, deploying in support of Operation Enduring Freedom three times, and is the recipient of the coveted Bronze Star. She has deployed with the prestigious 10th Mountain Division, with Hawaii’s 25th Infantry Division and spent a year with U.S. Army Pacific Command.

She is co-founder and Vice President of Marketing and Communications for San-Diego based nonprofit, The American History Theater which she co-founded with a fellow veteran in 2014.

Through this organization she seeks to advocate for veterans who may struggle with PTS, Military Sexual Trauma and transition anxiety.

She is a published poet and proud contributing writer for San Diego Veterans Magazine & Homeland Magazine.
