Seeking Assistance in Reaching Veterans for Paid Photography Project in San Diego
The photos will be used as part of VA Office of Suicide Prevention’s communication materials designed to resonate with Veterans.
• Sessions will be 3 hours long, taking place in the morning, early afternoon, or mid-afternoon.
Sessions will feature groups of 5 Veterans, in both group and solo photos.
• Location will depend on the day and may be indoor or outdoor.
All will be in San Diego or the surrounding area.
• Those chosen to participate will be compensated with a $200 Amazon gift card.
• To be considered, veterans need to complete the following Survey
• No later than Monday, January 27th.
• Veterans who appear to meet the casting requirements will receive follow-up communications
with more details.
• We are actively looking for Veterans who represent a diverse range of ages, genders, sexual orientations, races and ethnicities, and military branches.
• We are especially interested in highlighting Veterans who identify as women and Veterans who are members of the LGBTQIA+, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian or Pacific Islander, and Hispanic communities.
